Voodoo Sim has recently had to move It's largest Main store to their own sim. I have a build in place or use yours, The build is large, Two stories 138 X 64 building set on three plots as this was three businesses but it is one building and plots can be joined. It was set to allow for 5000 prims. There is 6 other main stores here Mostly in the neko theme, as well as a long standing popular nightclub and a host of smaller shops. This is a high traffic sim and most times of the day is 50+ people on it. You will have land rights to the plot but it does remain in the sims group but you generate your own traffic at it. Right now the plot is above 20,000 traffic on its own. Price will be negotiated acording to amout of prims you need, the more you take the more the price drops. Bluntly i will beat others prices!!!
