These are two plots bordering a beautiful park with a hill. They are both priced the same, and they are the lowest priced plots that you will find in Nautilus -- as such they will go quickly. Nautilus auctions are over, so when these are gone you will pay more for Nautilus.
These lots are 2x prims, meaning you get twice the number of prims as regular land, so these plots will save you a lot of tier costs over time.
