I own a private island and have 7 houses of various sizes for rent.
No set land area the whole island is open to residents.
You are free to roam the island except for my home and the security house.
It has a complete security system so you can invite guests anytime but still be sure that no one can just appear in your house.
Private residents pool and Lovers garden
If you have your own house you can build it on the island but it will come from your prim allowance.
There are also 2 small cabins available for those who just want a home base each for 150LS per week with 100 prims.
