Drakeal Mall: Merchants Wanted

Hello, Drakeal Mall is a Low Lag Mall that allows new people to view the Mall and find products without lag for annoying camping chair people. Other than our maintain of low lag our Value for stalls are Cheap, no more. waiting for ages for a stall to load the mall setup is ment for low lag and open space.

As a Merchant your allowed to rent 2 stalls, each Stall has 40 pirms at 50L/wk each, dirt cheap, then if you want more pirms you will have to use a prefab shop, there isn't a limit to how many you can rent but you DO get parcel deed under the prefab. a Prefab is a pre built building for a shop. it cost 250L/wk and you get 87pirms (give or take)

Then there is the Land Shop Parcel for Merchants that want to make their own shop inside the mall sim. Drakeal Mall has a discount if you rent for more than prerent 6 months you get 20% discount so other than paying 1500L/wk for 549 pirm you pay 1150L/wk, this lasts as long you rent in our mall.
