We offer Vendorspace at three levels and the last level has just finished.
The mall covers a full sim and is styled egyptian and will get the same good advertise as Sc Design City ( ask our tenants...they're really happy with us
) At the landing point you'll find hippo rent vendors which guide you to the vacant Boothes....and also the hippo teleport system is installed there for guiding the customers around
Today we put out the first ten of 40 classifieds...so even the upper level will get about 20.
For the spots at the main level(not many left) we give one week for free.
the spots at the new 3rd level will get 2 free weeks in addition.
(free week(s) only at first renting)
After renting IM hunter Noland or Scherina Montgomery for the group tag.
Need more prims......np, we can change the prim count to the amount you'll need (each extra prim costs 2.50L$/week in addition to the basic rent price)
Dont want to pay to rent boxes?....a setup with 30% comission for us works also fine. So when you have no sales.....you dont pay us anything
