I just finished doing a nice rebuild for a great couple, Jimmy427 Alter and Jessamyn Alter. They were running a Vietnam and 9/11 Museum (and small mall) in Cannon sim. I volunteered my time to them and did a nice rebuild for them to beautify the area and make their facility look more professional.
Jimmy runs the museum as a memorial to all the vets from Vietnam as well as the victims in the 9/11 tragedy... mostly on donations.
They're looking for retail renters for their mall and your rent includes a L$50 ad in the 'Search/Places' system. Rent is L$2 per prim + the ad cost, and they have spaces ranging from a 20 prim pushcart to a 200 prim large 2 story store with 800sqm of floor space.
They also have LIVE Musicians play there from time to time.
