3. Six beautiful homes on the shores of sandy beaches with waves and a tranquil setting. Bondfire to sit by and a nice pond with lots of trees and just a beautiful setting. The homes are 3 rooms, they have the /99 menu feature where you can lock your doors, tint you windows and even change the color of parts of your home. Two have decks an sit on the shore, they rent for 500L with 150 prim (some with 100 prims). The back ones still have a nice view and beach access, they rent for 400L and 100 prim per week.
