Have you found a house style you really like, with the amount of prims you want, but it's not in the plot you'd like or the style you want is all rented? IM us, we may be able to help you. We will consider moving houses round to meet our tenants' needs
Our Marina is designed for sailable vessels under 250 prims (you can rent several docks to a maximum of 250 prims). For large yachts, please IM us for details of our house boat rental rates (for non-sailable vessels) and to discuss how we might accommodate your boat.
