We provide 400 prims for L$800 a week, 2 week min rental. The shop is close to a commercial zone. Land is in a 5class server, low lag, roadside without visible ads.
We are just looking for a merchant that needs to develop his/her project in a big shop for a reasonable price. This shop can be used as main store or meeting point for clients. We think this place can be a good room to develop activities & attract your potential costumers in a very stylish, elegant & distinguished environment. Just be aware that you will have to fill your shop with 400 prims in products or furniture if you don't want it to look empty. It doesn't matter if you are new merchant or a well established one. The odds & opportunities will be the same.
The location is closed to a commercial mall, but be aware that we do not pomote traffic to the place. What we offer is a good environment for you to work at a reasonable price.
Why is it so cheap ... then ? Well ... the point here is that we won't develop any kind of activities to attract more visitors to your shop. That will be your shop, with your rules and your work, and traffic will be your responsability. We only provide this good environment for you to work and run your business. If we wanted to get more money, we would chop the land & build ten shops of 40 prims each ... but that is not the goal of our group. If we had to develop activities for this 3-shop mall or increase traffic for you, we would be asking L/$1.500 a week, but that is not the point here. We would love to see how your business grows in our facilities and L$770/800 is a good place to start.
Please, do not think this a service as a place where you can place 400 prims and they will sell alone, just by having them there. I want to be honest, and that will not work. However we are glad to help in everything you may need like paying for search options and decorating arrival place. Your clients will also be able to set landmarks inside your shop.

Please, read covenant before renting. All our rules are common sense. No freebies sellers allowed, that's our main important condition. If you have your own catalogue, you are welcome, not if you are sellieng BIAB freebies.
So far a friend of us has a small shop there, close to our office & the other shop is rented. So theres is only one left. You are welcomed to visit us. The place has been already decorated for Christmas .. Just check it.
