Beach lots with houses for rent

I have several beach lots for rent. I put some houses down, but you're welcome to use your own. On a quiet private island sim, some are oceanfront, one is a corner, all have water. Prices start at 500L per week.

You get full access to music and video setting, access settings, etc. The only thing I would prefer is not to give terraforming access. Other than that, it's as if you owned it.

On Rockaway Beach - very easy going and almost no covenant.
