We have bought and reorganized an estate of an other estate owner.

Because of that we have 4 low prim sims with 3750 prims and 65 536sqm of land available at a very special price.

You can buy one or more of these sims for only 20 000L$.
That's only 50% of the normal buy price of 40 000l$.

The tier for these sims is 27 500l$ per month or 7 000l$ per week.

- Stand alone sim with ocean view on 4 sides
- You will have 100% privacy
- With full estate manager rights
- There is NO Covenant (as estate manager you can write your own)
- You will have resell rights of this sim

If you want to reserve one of these sims we ask that you send us a pre-payment of 5 000l$ and a notecard with the name of the sim you want to have.

You have to pay the remaining 15 000l$ and the first tier at the day that we do the transfer of the sim to you.
(This will be in a good week; that's the time the Lindens need to do an owner transfer from one estate owner to the other)
