Islands at Enchanted Kingdom do not require you to buy. You can rent the land and home without needing a premium account.

Plenty of space, the whole island is yours to do as you wish. Put objects anywhere on your island (or parcel on Enchated Realm, the island with two homes) and you can terraform to plus or minus 5M.
All homes sit on or right next to the water and there are plenty of waterfalls and lakes to enjoy and pathways to stroll around.
The island will only be open when there is an empty home. Once all homes are occupied the island will be closed down to make it exclusive and private and you can bring guests by adding them to the group.
