At Urbana Spes we have 580m2 clear glass apartments, two storey houses, and 600m2 privacy glass flats, all for just 100L$ per week with a 100 prim allowance.
You can pay for one week or up to up to 20 weeks in advance and longer by individual negotiation. Once you pay the rent the door security system kicks in and only you plus up to 20 avatars added by you can access your flat or house. Note that Mercia McMahon can also enter your flat, but would only do so by invitation. While your rent is paid it is your property. Once your rent runs out the door will revert to anyone being able to enter.
Urbana Spes is a two tier private sim: mountains and sailing at ground level, and at 300m2 a sim-wide city. The city boasts great roads, a Freebie Fillage, a Dance Club, Sky-Diving, and tunnel exploration. Urbana Spes is a Mature region, but public nudity and public sexual activity are banned.
