We've got two stores available at Devilfish Men's Mall.
First store 150 prims 600 a week
Second store two storey (happy to add in a floor if you want it) 800L a week 200 prims.
Devilfish is a targetted mens mall, much of the traffic there is gay men (it's a gay hangout) but everybody is welcome there's no camping there whatsoever all the traffic you see is real peeps wanting to go shopping!
We draw traffic in via search, classifieds, our own branded products, freebie/tutorials corner (though no furns, skins or clothes in there) underground sex area, residentials and regular events.
We also have a website and a large group store owners are welcome to use to promote their wares.
Both stores are in view from the main tp point and adjacent to the area beach the parties are held in.
We welcome newbies, in fact you can pay one week at a time but do prefer store owners with a bit of experience as the place is a regular hangout for many guys and they expect some quality new gear!
Store owners tend to stay with us for a long long time, some brands have been with us for over a year now! We do try to work closely with the stores so they have the maximum benefit so it's great if you're open to new ideas and easy to get along with.
From working in the mall I can safely say clothing is what sells best - we could do with some mens shoes over there, similarly we don't have someone selling mens bodily attachments...But I know that's something a lot of guys need
It's a staffed mall, we try to take newbies and make 'em hot via the stores and by doing so we have become a trusted name for many men in Secondlife.
The store is free as one of our old little guys just moved up to his own sim
