Just building today, will finish this week...an elegant Japanese style shop area with shops, spa, bar and private sex huts.
The shops are double japanese textured and are 40 prims for 110L a week and 25 prims for 80L a week. I will give 10% discount to any who rent a month or more.
There is a nearby dance pavilion and the area is open and easy for you to move about. Low lag and no second story shops.
I have kept the shops to a minimum to allow the renter to display their wares to the maximum. And to allow the buyer to enjoy the surrounding amenities.
