The sim is located next to Gibson Island, the home of Gibson Guitar Corp in Second Life.

Our tenants tend to stay a very long time, so openings here don't last long. As a shop renter, you can control your own media settings, send group notices to our French Quarter Group, produce your own live promotion and concert events on our outdoor stage and more. Friendly neighbors, active sim owners on-site, its a great place to live and work. You can use the bottom floor of the shop for your business and turn the top into an apartment if you like. Some modifications to the building are possible on request as long as they stay within the New Orleans style theme.
