Hi: I have 12 shops on the sim of Nightwish that I will be renting to businesses that that cater to or have products or services that are of particular interest to land/home owners. The shops are 200sqm and come with 35 prims.
The Home Center/Plaza that I am developing on the property at Nightwish will have its own website featuring the 12 shops; so, your rental fee includes a 1 page display on that site where you can have photos of your products/service or advertise sales and link to your own site if you have one and/or your shop in world with slurl. We will work with you and we will design the page for you at no extra charge. Additionally, traffic will come from members of our Land Seeker's group who visit the Plaza to view land for sale in our gallery which is also located there, and we plan to hold monthly events as well.
Rent for the shops is 500$L per week. If your interested IM me in world or drop me a notecard. The space is limited and so the shops will be hand selected to ensure a variety of businesses in the plaza.
