FREE RENT AT MERCANTILE MALL. Any new tenants joining the Mall during June will get their tenancy length doubled up to 4 weeks. For example, if you rented for 8 weeks, you would get an additional 4 weeks free for a total of 12 weeks. If you paid for 4 weeks, you get an additional 4 weeks free for a total of 8 weeks. In addition, if you pay for 2 months rent, you get 2 months free web page sponsorship with 5 days tech support. You will then be able to advertise all your shops in one place. The mall is on a private island, low lag with residental, parks and other commercial buildings. The owner of the mall will be running a weekly advertisement for the mall. If you would like your shop specifically named in the ad, please contact the owner HD Slade. There will be weekly events held at the mall to boost traffic and a larger monthly event. The staff will be glad to hear your ideas on events. Tenants are welcomed to participate in planning of events and if they wish, can plan their own events.
