I am looking for the right tenants to share my land with. Now You have to understand that money is not the land purpose, creation is and so is the opportunity to provide more privileges and a mainshop to other creators without having to get a premium account and purchase a land. Since I am not rich and the land's tier needs to be paid, once I find the right tenants, the mainshops original affordable rental fee (4l per prim) will apply.
As mentioned, money not being the land's purpose, I am not willing to rent just to anyone simply to get a rent. We currently have a great creative community and I much care for this group and my land's project.
So to make sure the right people gets established here and become part of the group, I will leave the rent for free untill every shop is taken by someone who is shown to be respectful of others as well as of the land's rules, who does not already have a mainshop, and market appropriate items.
Once I am satisfied with the group and everyone is accepted, then the affordable fee will apply. The only thing that will be asked of you for that time is to a put a classified for your shop and have it in your picks, which should already be done if you are serious in your desire to remain.
The shops:
The shops are two storey and about 20x20 in the inside. They all have nice climbing ivy, a balcony and a fireplace, and they stand on their own land lot. The land is very green and welcoming, and fits for items from old world to antique style. There is currently an allowance of 150 prims per shop, more might be given. There are no sexual and/or offensive items allowed on the land and waring clothes is NOT optional. You will have your own tp despite the one of the land, your own landmark, show in search is available and so is adequate music streaming. You will be allowed to set home here and the ability to eject possible greifers.
