Skyboxes, etc. with no theme restrictions may be built above 400 meters. The purchase price is, of course, the first month’s rent, since these are rentals. Monthly rent is 36000 L$. If you would like to purchase a Homestead sim, placed anywhere you want (within the usual abutter restrictions on the grid), I can provide you with one for a purchase price of 35000 L$ and a weekly tier of 7000 L$, until January. Starting in January tier must be paid monthly and goes to 32700 L$ per month. A homestead sim not placed adjacent to the HPE archipelago, will have no covenant allowing you to do anything your like with it, within the limits set on such sims by LL. If you wish it to be part of the HPE archipelago, then it will fall under the HPE covenant.
