If you don't want to use split, we can talk about a weekly rent.
These are our indicative prices:
Shop 1: 30 prims - $ 100 per week
Shop 2: 60 prims - $ 200 per week
more prims are available if you need (we can talk about cost
)FOR NEW OPENING ONLY we offer a special discount on rent: 4 weeks paying only 2!
Our tenant can also:
1. place a lucky chair with prizes for customers or a Midnight Mania
2. send notices about new items, special offers, discounts, gift and so on.. simply give to Angelica Abramovic a notecard with what you want to advertice
3. place a weekly discounted item near the landing point.
It's absolutely forbidden to place FULL PERMS items!
