We have a few shops available for rent on an Adult Sim. Our shop down below is geared toward the Fetish Dolly type crowd (all kinds - rubber, clockwork, porcelain, Barbie, etc). Obviously, you don't want to be exactly the same area as us, but as you know - having similar, but non-competing ventures in close proximity can be very beneficial to all involved.

Rental Rates: (Pay for two weeks at a time)
L$475/week for 150 prims
L$900/week for 300 prims
Contact Mechatoy Mekanic or Rygel Ryba if you would like more prims. (NOTE: Most boxes will start off at 150 prim level - if you need more, please just pay to reserve your spot and IM Rygel Ryba - I will upgrade your box and adjust the time accordingly.)

Unlike most mall type settings, we allow you to creat LM's directly to your shop/floor in the building. So, this place will work well as a good starter shop or outlet store that you can actually promote and bring traffic DIRECTLY to your stuff!
Your shop is equipped with a grid wide teleport system. When you move in, we can adjust the name of your TP unit and even drop in a picture of your logo or shop and it will appear on hundreds of teleporters across the grid.
You get an entire floor in our building - and you will be on the TP system within the sim too - direct to you. Not to some place 100 meters away.
HOW TO RENT

--Select the available area you want to rent and pay the tier box at least two weeks. (We rent by two week increments).

-- Begin Rezzing your vendors. You are renting the entire floor - so feel free to use the space. If you need more prims, let Rygel Ryba know. I will adjust the limits and tier for you.
RULES:

-- No Auto-Scrolling - this causes lag and also makes it harder for customers to browse your products.
-- If possible, please turn hover text to "auto" so that it goes away when the vendor is idle (but appears again when someone is using it). This one isn't a deal breaker, but wall space in a mall is tight and you don't want text blocking the view of your products in the vendors above and such.
-- HoloVendors are discouraged, but we might make an exception in some cases. You definitely cannot have one to rez a picture of the box, but some products will definitely sell better if there is something a person can see. Talk to Rygel Ryba if you have questions on this.
-- In general - do your share to help reduce lag - but let's do what we need to do to make great sales!
TIPS FOR BETTER SALES:

-- We allow Direct Teleport to your shop. Make an LM near your display area and give it out to people. (Most malls do not allow this - which makes it very hard to promote your own goods and services.)
-- Many items will sell better if there is some sort of a demo available. Obviously, prim limit's can be prohibitive, but often having out just one of your items can give people a general idea of the quality. If you make roleplay items, there is a small roleplay area upstairs. If you talk to MechaToy Mekanic and if there is room up there, you might be able to give her one of your items to put up there for demo purposes, too.
