Madison Square is a beautiful, open, planned community on a private Estate (class 5 server). It includes "The Shops at Madison Square", "The Muse Open Air Art Gallery , "The Condos at Madison Square", "Moments" Jazz Club and Brenham Estates Rental Office.
The open air shops are 10m x 30m with 100 prims available for L$300 per week. These are for use by artists only. This is a sim is rated Maure so Adult content is NOT allowed.
