We bought 8k of land through another Admin "Surbus Demontrond" Cerzes Ophelias partner in the sim Hoch. We payed our tiers like we were asked for 5+ months. This last month he seized everyones parcels in this sim so we couldn't resell them or have any sort of rights. Him and Surbus had a falling out and he took over the land and expected all us that already purchased the land to re-buy it and pay tier all over again even though we still didn't have any rights to the land. Today he wanted his money or he was going to wipe us out "which he did to other people on the sim already". He refused to buy the land back from us and claims he will pay us in the future if we just paid the tier. After we paid the tier he still wasn't going to allow us to sell the land. Basically we were ripped off and out of 65k now. Linden Labs will not do anything about this. So before you think of dealing with Surreal Estates or Eshe Land you should maybe think of this story. If you know anyone that has land from either of these individuals please send them this forum link.
