I am opening up a delightful new rental community in what I call "Cabo de Refugio" [spanish for Cape of Refuge"] in the Ghulffoot sim. I own over half of this sim, about 33,000 sm. It is a beautifully landscaped, tropical, waterfront sim. I have several small tiki type bungalows that I am renting out at the reasonable price of 500 L per week. Each home comes with a 234 prim allowance.
What do you get for this? You get a nice home in a beautiful sim with a beach and waterways administered by an ethical property owner, me. I live there too, by the way.
My goal is to create a NEIGHBORHOOD, where the residents know each other, visit and hopefully become friends. I am also going to become active in promoting the performance arts in SL by hosting as many live music performances on our concert stage as I can. I am going to be hosting some of my parties there, assited by some of the BEST djs in SL there as well.
Fireworks!! YES! I am going to have fireworks shows as well. I have boats that you can just hop in or aboard and tool around the waterways on your way to a nice picnic spot. My yacht is open to all, put on your sexiest bikini or your raddest board shorts and join me on one of the deck chairs on the yacht to share a sunrise, a martini and some conversation.
