Also, until Midnight tonight 8/17 STL (PDT), All shop and vendor rental areas in Valuta and it's sister SIM, Meola, next to it, anyone who rents an area for 2 weeks, gets 2 weeks free rent added. Anyone who rents for 3 weeks, gets 3 weeks free rent added. After midnight, it returns to only 1 week free on inital renting.
Bonus to renters:
Anyone who is a paid renter that refers another who rents any area in Valuta or Meola, can receive a free week's rent for each referal. Once the member pays their rent, they send a notecard to Ekaterina Visconti with their name and the name of the one who refered them.
