I have 2 class 4 sims and 2 class 5 sims. The class 4's are at old tier prices.
I'm seriously considering leaving SL due to in game drama and real life and would like to have offers for these sims.
The sims are profitable. The class 5's are fully leased out and show a $100US profit per sim each month. One class 4 is 90% sold (the residents actually own their lots and can re-sell but pay thier tier to me) and the other class 4 is 3/4's empty as it was my play sim. There are properties on this sim that is owned by the residents and can be resold as well but 3/4's of the sim is empty at this point.
Tier is paid for the class 5's and one class 4 until October 13th. The other class 4 is paid until the 27th of October.
