Looking For A Mature-Rated Apartment

I am looking to rent a mature rated apartment area or skybox. Nothing too expensive, I'm not looking to spend more than L$700-800 a week. Let me know what I can do so I know what I'm working with and can get this done today. I'd prefer if you posted here. Not looking for it to be furnished really, just something simple. I guess I just wanna see what I can get!
