For already existing Open Space Sims we charge Tier : 22.500 L$ /month - no upfront cost. - 3750 prims - estate manager rights. no resell possible.
Full Prim Sim/Private Island : 15.000 prims - 30.000 L$/week no upfront charge - estate manager rights. no resell - re rent allowed.
