I am tempted to live in this one myself, the house has central locking door system and tint clear and closed window system and is a top quality house, no premium account required just pay the rental sign a week at a time if you like no tier to pay just the rent!!!!
If you need more prims i can take some of the landscaping away its up to you!!
I will also give some furniture and a nice bar and stools, sun lounger etc to the new tenant as a house warming gift
This is well worth a look and i am renting it for little more than the tier cost to me
