I am looking for no more then 8192 sq or less on an Adult Sim (need about 900 prims) for my very light commercial business. ( no more then 5 AV's at once )
Homesteads are welcomed, since they usually look nicer. I prefer a mountain/ dark green / medevial / gor/ fantasy type of sim if possible.

Please no upfront costs and if possible low tiers, no ugly neon signed club cluttered sim offers, No mainland offers. I know I am asking for a lot ;)
