I'm looking to rent around a 1/4 of a sim with 1000-2000 usable prims with or without a house. Must be chicken/corn friendly. Must have terraform rights. I'm looking to use the sim as my home as well as to raise my chickens and to try out growing corn. Any extra prims/land that I rent and don't use, I'd like to be able to rent out to other people myself. I don't care about what the land looks like so much as I will make it suit my needs. I am not looking to buy as I do not want to pay real US $ to LL for any reason at all. I prefer to pay weekly as I pay for my home using lindens I make in game selling chickens/eggs and working at clubs. Premium account must not be required as I do not have one and don't plan on getting one. If you have land you are renting out that will suit my needs, please contact me via IM in game. Thank you!
