I'd like to start off by thanking all our loyal vendors who have stuck with us through the building process. It's been a long hard road, but the light is now shining upon our faces. Thank you, for your patience and loyalty while we worked hard to achieve what we have today!
Now for the good part!
As a reward, all vendors who have paid 2 weeks in advance by Oct 12th (Free weeks do not count, must be paid) will be given an additional 1 week to their rent, for free. Our way of saying thank you to you! I will add the additional week on Sat Oct 13th, upon verification of 2 paid weeks of rent. You'll know by touching your rental box to see the additional days added.
Now for the contest portion of this .....
All renters of commercial spots are the only ones eligable for this contest. Residental renters are excluded.
Any commercial vendor who has paid 3 weeks or more, and still is an active renter as of Nov 1st (Only paid weeks count, not free weeks to be considered an active renter, so if your lease as of Nov 1st is free weeks, it doesn't count), will be eligable to win 2 months of free rent. You must have a minimum of 1 week paid rent left on your lease as of Nov 1st to be eligable.
We will be chosing 5 vendors for the following prize.
1st place - 2 months rent free
2nd place - 1 month rent free
3rd Place - 3 weeks free rent
4th Place - 2 weeks free rent
5th Place - 1 week free rent
We will begin tracking paid leases as of Sunday Nov 14th.
It doesn't matter if you rent in Valuta or Meola, both SIM's are included in this contest.
