The house may come furnished or unfurnished as is your choice. Unfurnished, it will have approx 250 prims for you to use to put your own mark on the property.
Windows are tintable, and doors are lockable too, for extra privavcy and security, and with the owners permission, you will be able to have others who can have keys to the house...so ideal if you are a couple, or wish to share the rent with another.
The price for rent is 750L a week, and you may rent by week if you wish. However, should you rent for weeks weeks at a time, the rent will be discounted by 10% to 675L a week.
