We have added new carts, new small shops and new medium shops to the east village, new shops at the pond and 1 medium shop on the west side of the pond.
Our carts rent for 40L per week with 16 prims, small shops rent for 75L per week with 30 prims and medium shops rent for 150L for 60 prims !! Again just 2.5L per prim per week.
Requests will be taken for larger shops in the village that will be available as space allows. Large shops will be 2.5L per prim per week.
If you require a larger shop, please ask and we will try to arrange what you need. There are currently 33 shop spaces in total and 21 are rented so only a dozen remain.
The village is located on a property that is a safe haven to all. Because of this we do not allow weapons sales or Adult/x Rated items. Each street in the village is named and nicely decorated. Come check it out.
We also have Neo-Realms, 7Seas and Splash Aquatics fishing systems and host regularly scheduled tournaments each week for increased exposure and traffic. We have a train that takes people around the whole property and much to see and explore.
No tag is required to rezz so just come pick your new shop, pay the rent box and set up your items today. Prim counts are monitored throughout the day so please don't go over your prim count without first IMing GreenShamrock McMahon or Baldi McMillan.
