I have a large mainstore that receives excellent traffic (no bots - they are all genuine visitors and buyers), I am looking for a tenant for a shop that is directly adjacent to my mainstore. You will have your own landmark and I am willing to rename the parcel with your shop name so that people can find landmarks to your shop. The shop is a grungy/old style house with two floors - if you wish I can retexture walls, floors, etc to make it more to your liking. You will have 150 prim allowance and the rent will only be L$300 per week. This is suitable for a small merchant wishing to start their own mainstore but unwilling to buy land.
