If you sell formal clothing or medieval style products such as clothing or furniture/castles then come set up shop at the Castle courtyard at Cair Paravel. Those selected will be able to sell strictly on a commission basis after a one time donation to the sim of your choice. No recurring monthly costs, if you don't make money then neither do I.
