SNOW VALLEY: Luxury villa rentals in a 8 sim Winter Wonderland !!

At Snow Valley Resorts you can rent 2 types of luxuray villas located on 2 different land parcels.

- A 13 680m²land parcel (almost a 1/4 of a sim) that has a total of 782 prims
About 450 of these prims are used for the villa itself and for the decoration of the land
You have 300 prims available for your personal use.

- A 32 400m² corner parcel (over 1/2 a sim) that has a total of 18 53 prims
About 850 of these prims are used for the villa itself and for the decoration of the land
You have 1 000 prims available for your personal use.


We have build our exclusive villas in the mountains around our central community center which is located in the valley where you can meet other residents, invite your friends to chat, go downhill skiing and tubing, Ice skating, ride on a snowmobile, ...

To respect your privacy and to keep the look of the nature sims:
- you can rent these villas only for residentional use.
- we have made building and object codes/rules to keep the lag as low as possible and to keep the look of these exclusive nature snow sims
- there will be no more then 3 villas per sim.
