This is a nice little 512 plot of land located in the up-and-coming sim of Ever After. It's located right beside a tastefully done waterfront marina. This is Mainland, so there's no covenant, so the only limits will be your imagination or perhaps your wallet... :-)

The asking price is 8000LS, but of course I will consider all reasonable offers. This was the first piece of real estate I purchased in SL, and I would love to see it go to a good home...
