There is direct access to Linden protected water in the Atoll with access to many sims of open waterways across two continents.
The property is new, so we're offering a promotional rate of L$1 per prim. So, L$150/wk gets you 150 prims for use in your cabin, your front yard, or in the open waters of the Atoll. The promotion rate remains in effect as long as you keep your cabin.
