A: Yes, you can place a shop on your land, also if you want to make a mall thats ok as well. But there is our Mall that is close by if you want to get traffic to your items its next to the sim

A: YES!, that comes with the Deed

Q: is the deed instant when I pay the box?
A: No you need to contact a Estate Manager or myself for deed, I will Require me to Sell the parcel to you for 0L, but YOU WILL NEED TO PAY YOUR LEASER BOX in order to keep the Deed.
