We are a small outlet mall with 16 shops on a 4096sq m plot of land. Our shops are a very spacious in size. We are conveniently located adjacent to a popular jazz bar what is populated nightly, as well as a zyngo hall which has alot of traffic. I would like to invite you to our grand opening vendor sale. We perfer vendors that sell high fashion or formal wear. This would include skins shoes jewelry and clothing.
NOTE: The cost of rent for the first MONTH is L$200 for 50 prims, we also have shops for L$100 that can hold 25 prims. The current lease price is only available for the first month of rent. The second month of rent will be be increased to L$500 for 50 prims and L$250 for 25 prims. If you perfer weekly rates this can be accomidated after the first month of rent.
