The plot is 2560 meters and comes with 585 prims.
There are about 290 free prims for you to use.
In other words prims may not exeed the 585 included the prims already on the parcel.
Rent is 1250 linden a week.
The plot has it's border on a protected linden ocean wich really works, so you can surf over it for example.
And most important the view stays as it is!
