I need to increase traffic to my own store. If you can help me accomplish this, than that is the only payment I need.
OK... what's the catch?
The catch is that you need to set up a nice store, selling things that people actually want and meet some basic standards of decency (No Porn). You will also need to advertise or promote your store in some way.
The other catch is you need to pay rent each week that I will refund at the end of the week providing you are contributing to the positive traffic flow.
This is an experiment. I don't know if it will work or if it's even worth our time. let's try it for a couple of months. If it doesn't work, we'll pull the plug and try something else.

L$150 per week - 60 prims - Separate parcels so you have land and media control.
Built in a beautiful park like area, on protected Linden Road Rt7, and across the road from the waterfront Ptarmigan Park.
