Everyone that has moved in has said nothing but good things about the place.
There is also our main shop (Nico Creations), Adult Movie Theater,Private Skybox Rentals(Fully Loaded),and a Coffee Shop to hangout in all on the island. We have only 6 home rentals (3 Villas,3 Treehouses) on the island and this is the last one for rent.
If you want to take a look just do a search for Nico Creations. There is a Vendor in front of the store that you scroll thru find a availible one and tp to it.
I would add the SLURL but SL is down right now and i dont know it off hand.
