The Shopatorium at Gallinas is proud to announce that another of our tenants, .:CoLLisions:., has upgraded to mainstore space at the Shopatorium. This frees up some large shop space.
The Shopatorium has an excellent Linden Roadside location on the quiet sim of Gallinas, immediately south of the Isabel Infohub and The Shelter new resident hangout. We get a lot of walk-in/fly-in traffic. The Patio live music venue is also adjacent to the shops plus we now have three mainstores on the property: Sable Rose Jewelry, Collisions Tattoos and Accessories, and MEAT Shapes & Styles for Men. Cattiva e Cattivo has a large satellite store on-site, plus we have a wide variety of other talented creators that call the Shopatorium home.
Shop #019 is a large, modern shop with glass brick front walls. The space is set for 60 prims at 225/wk currently but can rent at 75 prims for 275/wk. IM Rosie Barthelmess after paying the rentbox if you need the higher prim option. For an extra 30/wk, this shop retains its own parcel with your info, your media stream, listing in search, your logo, and your own TP point instead of being rerouted to the main courtyard of the Shopatorium. The interior wall color is currently dark red brushed metal but can be changed to other colors.
60 prims: 225/wk or 255/wk with full parcel privileges.
75 prims: 275/wk or 305/wk with full parcel privileges.
Shop 015 is a 10x10 shop facing the road, directly adjacent to the main courtyard, freebies/info area and TP point for the Shopatorium parcel. This is a 40-prim shop and rents for 160L/wk. If you can provide us with a fullperm graphic of your store's logo, we will apply it directly to the build and save you a prim. Higher prim counts are negotiable if needed.
We anticipate one more 10x10 shop opening today, a blue-trimmed shop which is the former home of a clothing designer who upgraded to a much larger mainstore at an alternate location.That will also be a 160L/wk 40 prim shop.
We also have three 3-prim market tents (perfect for a low-lag vendor, logo, freebie and LM giver) available at 30L/wk, and two 10-prim market carts available at 50L/wk.
