Due to our current landlady's loss of her rl job she has to sell her sim, which will occur in 6 days. I am the founder of the Permanent Michael Jackson Memorial, opened 2 hours after MJ passed away on June 25, and we are still open, the only original memorial that never closed. We are in search of a landlord who can offer us the needed space/prims for a discounted price, and would back us up and work with us financially to sponor this project. Our property is non profit, meaning we sell absolutely nothing on site. We give away a great deal to fans and visitors. Fans have donated in the past which has covered tier each week. We have a very highly supported fan base, and wish to remain open to provide a place to unite fans from all over the grid and world.
What we need as follows: 1000 prims minimum, would prefer 1200. Land mass size of 4096. Land must be deedable to our group for media control, griefer control, etc. You can visit us to get an idea of the set up. We are a busy location, but not over whelming, except for very special events that can generate heavier traffic. We keep sound restricted to parcel. There is a special candle particle we use for the memorial that makes us unique, and it is low lag, but this would need to be allowed to.
