In particular, I have several openings in Ludd Park (two-room cabins with 200 prims for L$300 / week) and Gunn Village (one-room cabins with 75 prims for L$100 / week and with 125 prims for L$200 week). These are not palaces, but they sit in beautful surroundings and offer you a nice place to land, change your clothes, unpack your boxes, and entertain your friends.
Not all of the mainland is a mess. Visit what I have to offer and see for yourself. I own large parcels, I build my houses to high standards and I tightly control what you see. I pay a lower tier than most island owners so I can charge a lower rent than most, and I don't count on rent to amortize my original investment. I have lived at the same location for almost three years, and have no intention of moving.
