The Ferminine Fetish Mall has exchanged hands, but the good news is that it will continue under the existing format and build with most existing rental rates remaining the same.
The only change is the actual name to the "Lumiere Shopping mall" but the theme & target audience will remain the same.

Unfortunately Heather had to dedicate more time to her other RP SIM and felt that she could no longer give the full attention that the Mall deserved.

For those that are not familiar with the "Ferminine Fetish" Mall, it is a well established Mall that has been running for about 1.5 years now and located on the beautiful mature Protected Mainland SIM of Webworm. It contains some of the most famous and oldest Vendor names in SL.

In front of the Mall is a protected Linden Lake area where new rental homes will placed around it for residency (coming soon!). Behind the the Mall is LL Railtrack (hoping to see a train go by one day!). On the sim itself, we will be keeping the existing toy rail track and Steam Engine that runs right round the SIM....it includes a bridge crossing over the lake amongst other things as well as its own train station outside the mall.

We had a slight hiccup with the extension part of the Mall located on the neighbouring Luthra SIM, with one of those god damn land bots! Luckily with some helpful LL mentor intervention we were able to recover it for a smalll additional rip off fee! The upshot is that some of the prim build has gone astray....so over the next few days we will endeavour to recreate that part of the mall. At this present time, existing vendors are not required to move their prims.....we will try and work around it.

Moving forward, I'll be placing new rental boxes for you to renew should you wish to stay (hoping you all will stay!)....so for next couple days enjoy the rent free period. :)
Like before the minimum period will remain as 4 weeks.

My SL partner Doctordaffy Cure will be filling the role of Mall Manager and be spending quite a bit of time there, focusing on driving back in meaningful traffic.
( i.e shopping traffic not camping traffic) Being a Vendor myself in numerous malls, i realise the importances of increasing potential sales. For my part, i will be running a series of continuous classified adverts with different TP points to the Mall, similar to how Heather use to. So in theory there won't be any locational advantages in the Mall and will be dependent on the daily click throughs.

We also plan to do some events, DJ related ones too, maybe a mini fashion show or two
further down the line.

Because Heather has decided to vacate her vendor space (furniture designs), there will be additional new vendor spaces available in the main Mall. These will be made available to potential new vendors very shortly after we have performed a Mall audit.

The following rates will apply :

20 prims - 100 L
40 Prims - 200 L
80 Prims - 400 L

Larger prim requirements are also available at discounted rates. For large exisiting vendors thet old/similar rates will apply. The rules for the Mall stay the same with one additional one added in. NO Business-in-Box vendors allowed.
