If you're an EstateOwner thinking of quitting SL due to the disruptive nature of LL latest increases or
wanting to convert your OS sims to Full sims. I'm prepared to take over any of your OS residents that
do want to continue living on a "Homestead" OS sim. Naturally those residents will have to be prepared
to stay at increased rental prices.
I'm really providing an alternative service to those renters that might become homeless after either abandoment
or conversion of OS sims. It means they can continue living a OS lifestyle.
